Work Setting: 100% of the time at the Client’s site. No remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client. Telework may be approved at the discretion of the Contract Manager.

Only candidates able to relocate as required should apply to avoid removal from future consideration.

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee,FL (required);
• Experience as a Project Manager leading projects ranging from software development, hardware replacements, data migrations, strategic planning, and governance. (5+ years)
• Experience analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to support strategic goals.
• Experience as an IT Project Manager for software development projects.
• Experience in eliciting requirements, documenting user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Experience using Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub for backlog management and tracking.
• Experience developing and executing user acceptance test cases.
• Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Feature Driven Design.
• Experience utilizing BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Experience with Earned Value, Cost Performance Index (CPI), Schedule Performance Index (SPI), and budget tracking and monitoring.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• Leadership and managing cross-functional teams experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, PMI-PBA), Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), and ITIL Certification.

• Experience in business process modeling and improvement.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
• Experience with data analysis techniques and tools.
• Experience with cloud computing and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with policy development and drafting legislative budget requests.
• Experience in project budget tracking and monitoring, as well as vendor management.
• Experience working in a government or public sector environment.

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes, systems, and requirements to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Implement and follow project change management best practices to ensure smooth transitions and adherence to project goals.
• Develop business cases and feasibility studies to support project proposals and decision-making.
• Create detailed functional specifications and user stories for development teams.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain traceability in Azure Dev Ops or Git Hub.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and clarify requirements.
