Advanced Business Analyst (C. Advanced) – FDOT Project

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Business Analyst to join a full-lifecycle Agile development team supporting a high-impact government project. This role requires strong analytical, stakeholder management, and documentation skills to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.

Duration: Long Term (through June 2026, with possible extension)

• Work with stakeholders and SMEs to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Perform business process analysis, gap analysis, and solution design
• Create business cases, use cases, cost-benefit analysis, and technical documentation
• Support Agile lifecycle from ideation to project approval
• Conduct impact analysis, feasibility assessment, and prioritize requirements
• Collaborate with technical teams on testing, validation, and implementation
• Prepare executive-level reports, funding documentation, and presentations

• ✔ 5+ years of Business / Systems Analysis experience
• ✔ Strong experience with requirements gathering, process modeling, and documentation
• ✔ Agile project experience and stakeholder collaboration
• ✔ Knowledge of SDLC, testing, QA, and change management
• ✔ Experience with data migration and translating business to technical requirements
