Salesforce Engineer

Duration: 10-month contract (W2, not eligible for C2C)

Pay: $37-42/hr

We are seeking an AI/ML Engineer with strong Salesforce experience to design, build, and integrate artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions within a Salesforce ecosystem. This role focuses on developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-driven capabilities that enhance platform functionality, automate processes, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and solutions integrated with Salesforce
• Implement predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and advanced insights using Salesforce-native AI capabilities and external ML frameworks
• Build, optimize, and maintain machine learning pipelines for Salesforce data processing and analytics
• Integrate third-party AI services, APIs, and tools with Salesforce applications

• Develop custom AI-enabled components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs
• Configure and customize Salesforce AI features, including prediction models, recommendations, and analytics
• Design scalable and efficient data models to support AI/ML workloads within Salesforce architecture
• Implement automated testing strategies for AI-enhanced Salesforce solutions
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to identify and prioritize AI use cases
• Translate business requirements into scalable, AI-driven technical solutions
• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Stay current with advancements in AI/ML technologies and Salesforce platform capabilities

• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI model performance, accuracy, and efficiency
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data governance standards
• Document technical designs, model architectures, and implementation approaches
• Troubleshoot and resolve AI/ML-related issues in production environments

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, AI/ML, or related roles
• Hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform (development, configuration, or administration)
• Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages for AI/ML development
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and statistical modeling
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, AI-focused certifications)
• Experience with Salesforce AI and analytics features such as prediction models, bots, or advanced analytics tools
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices for AI/ML deployments
• Exposure to specialized AI domains such as natural language processing or computer vision
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments
