Tech Army is seeking a Desktop Support Technician in Tallahassee, Florida to provide computer and user support. The role involves installation and configuration of hardware and software, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing on-site support.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in desktop support and be equipped with an Associate degree or equivalent experience. Technical certifications are also considered. A travel requirement of 25% - 40% between locations is necessary.
