We're hiring a Marketing & Social Media Manager to own our brand, our digital presence, and how Phoenix shows up in modern search — including AI-driven search platforms — across every place a prospect might find us.
THE ROLE, IN ONE LINE
Own how Phoenix Capital looks, sounds, and gets found — across web, social, search, and AI — and run the in-house content engine that supports it.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN Brand & Web- Custodian of the Phoenix brand — voice, look, and the credibility signal every touchpoint sends.
- Direct ownership of — copy, structure, CTAs, team pages, lead-capture funnels.
- Word Press-based site management; you decide when to ship in-house versus when to bring in a contractor.
- Drive Phoenix's presence across traditional search (Google organic + local) AND AI search visibility — the ability to be cited and surfaced by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Claude, and Google's AI Overviews when investors and operators search for firms like ours.
- Own SEO fundamentals (technical, on-page, local), structured data and entity signals, and the citation-tracking workflow that tells us whether we're winning.
- Stay ahead of how AI search engines decide whose content they trust — and translate that into changes on the site.
- Run Linked In, Instagram, and any platform we add — content calendar, posting cadence, paid amplification, analytics.
- Plan and execute video and audio content production — including hosting and producing branded segments featuring our team and partners.
- Own KPIs that ladder to revenue: profile-to-lead conversion, link clicks, lead source attribution. Vanity metrics are not the bar.
- Email-marketing strategy (drip, broadcast, segmentation) tied to investor and operator journeys.
- Lead-capture forms and CRM hygiene; close the loop between content, capture, and conversion.
- Protect what we say publicly. Private capital is regulated capital — your instinct for what we can and can't say (about clients, deal sizes, named parties, and personal information) needs to be sharper than the average marketer's.
- 5+ years of marketing or content ownership at a firm where the brand mattered.
- Demonstrated experience with AI search visibility — you understand how content gets cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews, and you've adjusted real sites to win in that environment.
- Real Word Press fluency. You can ship a working contact form, page edit, or schema update without waiting on a developer.
- Linked In campaign experience: organic and paid, with analytics-driven iteration.
- Content production comfort: writing, editing, briefing on video/audio, and showing up on camera or behind a microphone when the role calls for it.
- Regulated-industry awareness — finance, real estate, healthcare, legal, or similar. You instinctively pause before posting things that could create a compliance or fair-disclosure problem.
- Hybrid availability: based in Palm Beach County or willing to relocate. Onsite collaboration is part of how we work.
- Finance, private capital, lending, or HNW marketing background.
- Podcast or branded-video production credits.
- Direct experience tracking citations across AI search engines (any tool, any workflow).
- Email-platform fluency (Hub Spot, Active Campaign, Sharp Spring, Mailchimp, or equivalent).
- Spanish fluency — meaningful slice of our network.
- You think like an owner. The brand is yours; you don't wait to be told what to ship.
- You're calm. We move fast and the partners are direct — if your wiring needs a soft-touch environment, this isn't it.
- You give straight answers. "I don't know yet, here's how I'll find out" beats a confident wrong answer every time.
- You respect privacy. You'll see deals, names, and numbers that don't belong in a Linked In post — ever.
We run a fast, transparent process. Expect a 30-minute phone screen, a 60-minute Zoom with the principal team, a working session focused on our actual website and search presence, and a reference call. Decisions inside two weeks once we meet you.
