Computer Systems Administrator

Torch Technologies is seeking a Computer Systems Administrator to support the 388th Electronic Warfare Squadron, part of the 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing (350 SWW) at Eglin AFB, FL.

• Assist in providing IT support for client systems
• Resolve IT support requests from employees, answering computer system issues
• Communicate with employees on status of service requests and update IT trouble tickets as needed
• Provide COMSEC manager duties
• Maintain networked systems

• U.S. Citizenship
• Bachelor's degree in information security, computer information systems, or a related field
• DoW 8140 Certification (e.g., CompTIA Security+, SSCP, GSEC, or GICSP)
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong technical knowledge of DoW enterprise networks and client computing solutions
• Ability to diagnose and resolve end‑user computer issues
• Experience with COMSEC devices such as TACLANEs, ViPERs, Key Management
• Experience with enterprise software management for large organizations
• Effective communication between multiple organizations to resolve technical issues
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance within 9 months of job start

• Top Secret/SCI clearance preferred at hire

40 hours per week.

Work Location:

Eglin AFB, FL. Travel: 5‑10% required. Relocation assistance not available. Position not contingent upon award of contract.
