Location: Sunset Corners
SERVPRO of Roanoke, Montgomery, & Pulaski is looking for a Helpdesk Level 1 technician to install, modify, and repair hardware such as desktops, laptops, and printers, along with providing technical assistance and training to users.
The ideal candidate should have an Associate degree, CompTIA A+ certification, and experience in troubleshooting technical issues. Strong communication skills are essential for this position which supports users in their day-to-day operations.
