* The Opportunity:
As a CACI- SOFETOPS SIGINT Analyst, you will be responsible for advising and providing Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) support to SOF SA and HUMINT operations, case management and operational risk reduction. You will support ARSOF Sensitive Activities Mission Management Cells (SAMMC) through broad-spectrum SIGINT analysis and tool application to inform operational personnel of trends, threats, and enhance HUMINT case performance and production.
Provides SIGINT analysis to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard SIGINT products, ensuring actionable intelligence for operational planning. Delivers Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis of foreign SIGINT systems and disruptive technologies with the potential to impact ARSOF missions. Identifies trends in threat development, performance, capabilities, and vulnerabilities, while conducting in-depth analysis of research and development (R&D) processes and organizations associated with targeted SIGINT systems.
Provides recommendations and mitigation strategies to counter existing and emergent threats, ensuring operational readiness and adaptability in contested environments. Produces and delivers subject matter briefs, intelligence notes, threat modules, technical memoranda, and detailed threat assessments to inform decision-makers. Coordinates SIGINT products with DoW and IC agencies. Collaborates with analysts and planners to enrich and complement analytical understanding, integrating SIGINT into multi-domain targeting and operational frameworks.
Through SIGINT analysis and production, you will support planning Irregular Warfare, implementation of SAP/STO capabilities, Information Operations (IO), Psychological Operations, Military Deception (MILDEC), Electronic Warfare (EW), as well as Cyberspace and Space Operations. Responsibilities:
* Provides specialized senior-level expertise in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) analysis to retrieve, produce, and exploit standard and non-standard SIGINT products to support the SOFETOPS mission. Provides Scientific and Technical Intelligence (S&TI) analysis of foreign basic and applied research and engineering, prototyping, designing, technology transfer, developmental and operational testing, military fielding, and integration of SIGINT technologies impacting U.S. and foreign military capabilities.
Identifies current vulnerabilities and characterizes emerging threats to SA while providing recommendations for countering current and future associated threats.
* Conducts requirements analysis, S&TI research, and analysis and produces finished S&TI assessments on emerging and disruptive technologies with the potential to impact U.S. military operations.
* Identifies technical capabilities and performance characteristics of foreign SIGINT systems.
* Conducts analysis of R&D process and organizations associated with target SIGINT systems.
* Prepares and provides S&TI products in support of Department of Defense concepts, capability development, and acquisition customers. These products include subject matter briefs, intelligence notes, threat modules, threat briefings, and technical memoranda.
* Collaborates with intelligence analysts to enrich and complement analytical understanding and intelligence production efforts.
* Collaborates and coordinates products within DoD and IC agencies and organizations throughout the S&TI Enterprise.
* Provides digital and analog analysis support, analyzing commercial devices to help determine how they are functioning or are meant to be functioning, which aids in their characterization.
* Identifies trends in threat development to anticipate future capabilities and reduce costs for the Government.
* Shift work is required, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as operational requirements dictate.
* Maintain readiness and availability to respond to emergent situations outside of normal business hours.
