* Description:

ACT1 Federal is seeking an eLearning Developer to support the modernization of special tactics training through the design, development, and implementation of interactive digital learning products and instructional technologies. Responsibilities:
* Developing online learning modules

* Designing multimedia instructional products

* Support learning management systems

* Create digital assessments

* Collaborate with instructors and curriculum developers

* Ensure courseware meets learning objectives

* Other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in education or psychology is required.

* Minimum five (5) years supporting DoD instructional technology programs.
* Special Operations background is preferred.
* Experience developing online training solutions.
