Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Agentforce to bridge business needs and AI-driven customer engagement solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, solution architects, and development teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and deliver intelligent Agentforce solutions that enhance customer experience, employee productivity, and operational efficiency.

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementations and AI-powered Salesforce solutions.
Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Experience gathering and documenting business requirements in Agile environments.
Expertise in creating user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and change management activities.
