Customer Support Analyst ; Entry-Level at Sansar Tec LLC Tallahassee, FL

Sansar Tec is looking for a proactive, tech-savvy Customer Support Analyst to provide hands‑on IT support and ensure seamless operation of hardware, software, and audiovisual resources. • Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and repair hardware, software, and peripheral equipment.
• Install and update software packages and patches.
• Provide on-site support for network, telephony, and AV equipment.
• Assist with setup and support of videoconferencing systems.
• Document all technical work and resolutions clearly and accurately.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to special projects.
• Travel to other FDOT locations as needed (25–40% travel).
• Maintain compliance with FDOT policies and procedures.

Education/Experience (one of the following):

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1 year of experience in IT hardware support.
• 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office 365 and Windows 10+ support.
• Technical certifications (CompTIA A+, Net+) may substitute for 6 months of experience.
• Associate degree with at least 25% coursework in IT-related fields.

Minimum of 1 year of experience supporting workstation hardware.
