- Manage Microsoft Azure Entra Active Directory.
- Optimize and maintain Azure and AWS resources.
- Configure and administer Azure infrastructure security.
- Analyze Azure resource usage and recommend improvements.
- Support application owners with access management.
- Server Administration:
- Administer and support Windows and Linux server environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve server issues with minimal user impact.
- Handle server deployments, upgrades, migrations, and configuration.
- Automation & Scripting:
- Develop and maintain Power Shell scripts for:
- Active Directory and Azure management
- Server monitoring
- Documentation & Process Improvement:
- Create and maintain technical specifications, standards, procedures, and documentation.
- Develop operational runbooks.
- Research and recommend technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities for infrastructure process improvements.
- Coordinate with IT staff, data center personnel, and business users.
- Develop and manage implementation schedules for infrastructure projects.
- Serve as a primary communication point for project teams.
- Perform additional Systems Administration duties as needed.
- Work Location:
- 100% onsite in Tallahassee, FL (within 1 hour commute required).
- Equipment Provided:
- Office workspace, computer equipment, licensed software, and network/internet access supplied by the Department.
