You will contribute to improving reporting capabilities, enhancing workflows, and supporting web-based applications while working closely with both technical and business stakeholders.

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data to identify business needs and system requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, document requirements, and support solution delivery
• Perform process modeling and assist in developing prototypes for system and workflow improvements
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI (or similar platforms)
• Clean, transform, and integrate data from multiple sources to ensure accurate and reliable reporting
• Monitor dashboard and system performance, incorporating user feedback to enhance usability and functionality
• Assist with web‑based components

• Support project documentation including requirements, workflows, risks, and deliverables
• Participate in testing activities

• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, IT support, or data‑focused roles
• Foundational knowledge of:
• Data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI or similar)
• Basic SQL and relational database concepts
• Reporting environments and data‑driven applications
• Experience working with tools such as Visual Studio
