Business Analyst
Business Analysts to work under the direction of assigned Project Manager to achieve the goals and objectives of Technology Upgrade Project. Business Analyst is expected to use their skills to facilitate, document, and coordinate with the project team to deliver an upgraded system meeting requirements within the three-year timeframe.
Job Responsibilities- Provide deliverables within the project.
- Is responsible for the clear communication between stakeholders and the project team to document detailed functional and non-functional requirements within the scope of the project.
- Responsible for ensuring the upgraded system meets business requirements.
- Facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions for detailed requirements
- Documenting business processes and business requirements
- Analyzing business requirements to help define and design solutions to meet the requirements
- Creating the requirements traceability matrix to map requirements to test cases
- Documenting the use cases and test cases
- Performing various methods of testing to ensure a minimal defect system
- Documenting project deliverables
- Providing status reports to the Project Manager
- Assisting in user training for a train-the-trainer approach
- Ensuring customer expectations are met with the project
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related IT fields
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Extensive knowledge of Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN)
- Experience with meeting facilitation
- Experience with business analysis and requirements documentation
- Experience in designing quality test processes to identify defects
- Experience performing differing test methodologies in IT projects to find defects
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with project team members and stakeholders
- Ability to deliver assignments in the agreed schedule and of effective quality
- Accountable to the assigned Project Manager for all phases of the project
- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field or equivalent work experience
- Experience as a BA in J2EE developed software projects
- MS-Project

- Load Runner
- Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA)
- Certificate of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA)
- Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
- Agile Analysis Certification
- Certificate in Business Data Analytics
- Certificate in Cybersecurity Analysis
