Compensation Range: $150,000 - $160,000 per year

• Partner with our leadership team to create and implement comprehensive, on‑brand digital marketing plans.
• Guide web development and maintain smartly organized, user‑centric websites that serve our growing audience.
• Manage and mentor digital marketing teams, fostering skill development through group and one‑on‑one training.
• Analyze performance data and user behaviour to spot trends and inform dynamic, forward‑thinking digital strategies.
• Collaborate cross‑departmentally to deliver exceptional online experiences with project managers and creative teams.

• 10+ years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing with strong ownership of web and content experiences.
• Deep expertise with content management systems (like Word Press), web analytics, SEO, and paid media fundamentals.
• Proven success in leading teams, driving stakeholder consensus, and balancing strategic thinking with day‑to‑day execution.
• A thoughtful, observant approach to leadership with the ability to thrive in a highly collaborative, on‑site environment.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business, and experience building web pages from scratch.
