We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Database Developer / SQL Server Specialist to support enterprise-level database systems and reporting solutions.
Description Experience- 8+ years of experience working with database management systems, including design, development, testing, implementation, and administration
- 8+ years of experience writing complex queries, views, stored procedures, and user-defined functions using MS T-SQL
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) (including parameters, sub-reports, drill-downs, and subscriptions)
- 5+ years of experience producing technical documentation (requirements, design, testing, traceability matrices)
- 3+ years of experience developing reports using Azure Power BI
- 3+ years of experience working with web applications
- 2+ years of experience with Azure Dev Ops (TFS) and Visual Studio .NET
- 2+ years of experience with Azure SQL Managed Instance
- Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale implementation projects
- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise database systems
- Perform database backup, recovery, and performance tuning
- Configure database parameters and optimize system performance
- Develop and maintain data models, data dictionaries, and data repositories
- Create and maintain SSRS reports and Power BI dashboards
- Write efficient and scalable T-SQL queries and stored procedures
- Support integration with web applications and enterprise systems
- Ensure compliance with data security standards and regulatory requirements
- Review technical documentation and ensure alignment with system requirements
Strong expertise in Microsoft SQL Server ecosystem - Advanced proficiency in T-SQL programming
- Experience with Azure data services and cloud-based database solutions
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and reporting tools
- Strong understanding of database performance tuning and optimization
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
