We are looking for a profile responsible for the Administration of Cisco network infrastructures (Switching/Routing L2-L3) and management of protocols OSPF, BGP, VLAN, STP, LACP, and VPN. Administration of Palo Alto, Fortinet, and Check Point firewalls, including security policies, NAT, and VPN. Resolution of incidents, change management, and maintenance of production environments. Technical coordination with clients, preparation of documentation and service reports.

Participation in migration projects, continuous improvement, and operation of managed services.

• Network Infrastructure Operation and Administration:
  • Administration of switching and routing environments in layer 2 and layer 3: VLANs, STP, LACP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, redistribution of routes.
  • Management of Cisco equipment.
  • Resolution of network incidents within the contractual SLAs, with root cause analysis and documentation of solutions.
  • Participation in network architecture changes: design, implementation, and validation in production environments.
• Perimeter and Network Security:
  • Administration and operation of Palo Alto (Panorama, PAN-OS), Fortinet Forti Gate, and Check Point, including security policies, NAT, VPN site-to-site and remote access.
  • Management of rules, objects, and periodic review of policies.
  • Detection and response to network security events: analysis of logs, correlation of alerts.
  • Maintenance and firmware update, with evaluation of impact and change windows.
  • Preparation of vulnerability reports and security status for clients as required.
• Client Management and Documentation:
  • Technical liaison with the IT managers of the client: coordination of changes, communication of incidents, and follow-up of requests.
  • Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation: network diagrams, operating procedures, change logs, and maintenance plans.
  • Participation in follow-up meetings with the client, providing visibility of the service status and improvement proposals.
  • Preparation of periodic service reports (availability, incidents, changes, security).
• Continuous Improvement and Service Evolution:
  • Proactive identification of technical risks and proposal of corrective or evolutionary measures.
  • Collaboration with the rest of the Communications team in the definition of procedures, best practices, and standardization of configurations.
  • Support in migration projects, integration of new clients, and deployment of infrastructure.

We are looking for candidates with the following knowledge and required technologies:

• Essential:
  • Palo Alto (PAN-OS, Panorama) — advanced administration level
  • Fortinet Forti Gate and/or Check Point — operational administration level
  • Cisco switching and routing (Catalyst, Nexus, ASR) — layer 2 and layer 3
  • Protocols: OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP, LACP, IPSec VPN, SSL VPN
  • Previous experience in managed services environment
• Desirable:
  • Certifications:
    
    PCNSA/PCNSE, NSE4+, CCNP, Check Point CCSA/CCSE
  • Knowledge of SD-WAN (Fortinet, Palo Alto Prisma)
  • Experience with public sector or banking clients (ENS requirements, regulation)
  • Technical English written — medium-high level
