Purpose and Impact
Amentum is seeking experienced Counter‑Intelligence (CI) Analysts to protect critical unclassified Department of Defense (DoD) program and technology information on, or transiting, Defense Industrial Base (DIB) unclassified systems and networks. The role identifies, monitors, and assesses foreign intelligence efforts to collect sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities, and interests, and evaluates emerging technology threats to U.S. operations.
Work Schedule5 days a week, 8 hour days with core hours from 9am–3pm. Flexible hours are available; no weekend work is required.
Essential Responsibilities- Conduct analysis of known or suspected foreign intelligence activity (FIA) targeting compromised U.S. Army technological assets.
- Produce intelligence products, including initial and formal Information Reports for Damage Assessments and Cyber Intrusion Damage Assessment (CIDA) briefings.
- Research, analyze, and produce all‑source CI studies, including FIE Threat Assessments, Multidiscipline CI Threat Assessments (MDCITA), FIE Threat Briefings, CI Notes (CIN), ASRs, and responses to RFIs.
- Develop, deliver, and present instruction programs on specified collection operations TTPs and related processes for human intelligence and technical intelligence operations.
- Maintain a safety culture: complete required training, fulfill self‑aid/buddy aid responsibilities, participate in emergency response tasks, and support safety committees and teams.
- Adhere to quality and procedural compliance by following Amentum Quality System documents and customer contracts.
Office environment with limited physical requirements. The position requires significant mental demand to gather, analyze, and synthesize information to support intelligence and operations.
Qualifications- Master’s degree in a relevant field and 20 years of relevant experience, with at least 2 years within the last two years.
- Bachelor’s degree and 22 years of relevant experience.
- Associate degree and 24 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma and 30 years of relevant experience.
- Current Top Secret/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph if requested.
- Graduate of an in‑residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or equivalent military service.
TS/SCI required (TS//SCI – must be willing to take a polygraph if requested).
Compensation$160,000 – $167,000 (range may vary based on responsibilities, experience, and market data).
