BIICS, Inc is looking to fill a Sr. IAM Business Analyst position. The position is located in Tallahassee, Florida and work is on-site .

The consultant will oversee and collaborate with the various business offices to ensure that all information required for automatic application provisioning through the SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ) platform is accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner. This responsibility includes guiding business partners through the connected‑system onboarding process within IIQ, ensuring that each application’s attributes, entitlements, ownership structures, and lifecycle events are correctly defined for successful integration.

The process involves understanding and communicating the benefits of connecting business applications to IIQ. The position must be able to complete documentation for basic provision details, such as improved access governance, reduced manual workload, and strengthened compliance controls, as well as identifying any technical or operational impacts that integration may introduce.

Responsibilities
  • Actas the primary gatekeeper for new application onboarding requests, ensuring that "as-is" access processes are documented before proposing the"to-be" IIQ state.
  • Serveas the technical bridge, transforming raw business access needs into structured

    Provisioning Policies and Attribute Mapping requirements that your developer scan execute without ambiguity.
  • Conduct discovery workshops with business owners to manage expectations regarding whatIIQ can automate versus what requires manual approval or custom workflowdevelopment.
  • Leadthe definition of Access Certification requirements, ensuring that every integrated application meets the audit and compliance standards defined by your project’s governance framework.
  • Systematically document potential operational impacts of new connectors, proactively identifying where automated provisioning might break legacy processes and providing mitigation strategies before implementation.
  • Coordinate the validation phase by developing test cases based on the documented requirements, ensuring that the IIQ configuration satisfies the business owner’s needs before final sign-off.
  • Maintain the requirements backlog, ensuring that technical tasks are correctly prioritized based on business value and compliance risk, allowing you to managethe project roadmap effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’sdegree or master’s degree in business administration, Communications,Information Systems, or other related field is required. Equivalent work experience may substitute for the educational requirement.
  • Aminimum of 3 to 5 years of solid business/systems analysis experience and software development projects.
  • Abilityto perform detailed research, business analysis, as-is and to-be analysis,process modeling.
  • Abilityto use Smart Draw.
  • Abilityto perform System Analysis & Design using a variety of modeling methodologies and techniques.
  • Abilityto expertly facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge and understanding of IT infrastructure and software development practices and techniques.
  • Deep professional experience with Identity & Access Management concepts,including entitlements, target aggregations, and certification campaigns.
  • Familiarity with public sector compliance frameworks and large-scale ERP transformations(e.g., Florida PALM).
  • Abilityto map functional requirements across complex environments involving Service Now(request catalog) and SailPoint (provisioning engine).
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft products:
    SharePoint, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
  • Abilityto relate to stakeholders’ needs, document their requirements, and perform duties in the absence of staff.
  • Abilityto receive and give constructive criticism and maintain effective workrelationships with others.
  • Abilityto adjust to changing demands in a dynamic environment with diverse work assignments.
Preferred
  • Certified Scrum Master (SCM), Certified Project Manager (CPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Experience in public sector compliance frameworks or large-scale ERP transformations,suchas the Florida PALM project.
  • Knowledge of Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional (BAP).
  • Experience with directing and managing project resources.
  • Knowledge of change and release management.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dev Ops.
  • Experience with SailPoint Identity IQ (IIQ).
