Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or other related fields. Or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 4 years of related experience in hands‑on experience acting as a business analyst, SME, or functional SME during a large scale ERP implementation.
- Experience with working in People Soft HCM Module to include expertise in processing transactions.
- Experience with People Soft HCM Module business process mapping, operational readiness, and post production support.
- Experience in creating training materials, job aids, and desk procedures to help with knowledge transfer.
- Experience in supporting a business unit through a major People Soft payroll implementation.
- Experience in executing user acceptance testing.
- Experience in preparing test scripts.
- Highly proficient in both spoken and written English.
- Able to work onsite in Tallahassee, Florida.
- Experience in working with the Florida state government.
