Location: Tallahassee
This senior managerial position in the Florida Department of Revenue's Child Support Program supervises 10-20 team members and manages operations and maintenance of the CAMS system. The role requires effective communication, ability to handle multiple large projects, and reports to the Enterprise Systems Support Process General Operations Manager II. The position includes after-hours and on-call responsibilities for system-related concerns affecting the Child Support Program.
Keyqualifications
- Three years of supervisory or team lead experience managing functional and/or technical team members in project-based environments
- Three years of experience with software development life cycle processes, project coordination, and system maintenance or enhancements
- Three years of experience reviewing and analyzing business processes, system outputs, or requirements to support decision-making
- Three years of experience planning and evaluating program processes, resolving quality concerns, and implementing process improvements
- Experience with SAP BW on HANA or BW4
HANA in a functional role - Experience supporting system implementations, enhancements, or upgrades
