We are looking for traders to apply their experience within DeFi/Crypto at a larger scale, with exposure to new strategies and a wide network of partners.

• Directly manage one of our DeFi trading books during Asian hours, including all operational and trading‑related issues as they occur in real time.
• Conduct in‑depth analysis of DeFi protocols to identify potential trading opportunities and risks.
• Explore opportunities to work with projects that align with our strategic goals.
• Work closely with the rest of our global trading and middle office teams to ensure trades are booked correctly and reconciled between front and back office systems.
• Assist in the improvement of existing trading strategies, as well as research and development of new strategies.
• Provide advisory support to the team on emerging trends and technologies in the DeFi space.
• Perform on‑chain analysis to see behaviours of other participants.
• Develop models and tools to automate daily tasks.

• Strong quantitative background, thinking in terms of probabilities and expected value.
• Experience in the design, development, testing, and coding of trading strategies.
• Deep understanding of DeFi, blockchain technology and cryptocurrency markets.
• Experience coding with Python (or other relevant languages).
• Bachelor’s Degree or above in Math, Computer Science, Statistics, Quantitative Sciences, Engineering or related disciplines.
