Rooms To Go is seeking an IT Service Desk Analyst Level I to support our fast-paced retail and logistics operations. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for technical issues from store, warehouse, and corporate users. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, POS systems, desktops, mobile devices, basic network connectivity, and retail applications; logging and tracking tickets;
escalating issues when needed; and documenting solutions. You'll collaborate closely with IT and operations teams, gaining exposure to large-scale retail systems while developing strong customer service and technical skills in a performance-driven environment.
