Job Description
- Science Logic SME Configure and optimize Science Logic monitoring for VMware, VCF, vCenter, wireless controllers, and access points.
- Implement client-defined monitoring policies, thresholds, and alerting standards.
- Develop and maintain Dynamic Applications, event policies, and monitoring templates.
- Configure performance, availability, capacity, and health monitoring for supported infrastructure platforms.
- Tune alerts and thresholds to reduce false positives and improve operational effectiveness.
- Implement event enrichment and monitoring metadata required for downstream integrations.
- Support integration with Service Now and Splunk for event forwarding and operational workflows.
- Execute monitoring validation, testing, and remediation activities during deployment.
- Create operational runbooks, support documentation, and knowledge transfer materials.
- Provide ongoing monitoring optimization and platform support during rollout and stabilization.
