Junior Product Service Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Juno Beach, FL that is seeking a Junior Production Support Engineer (PSE) to join our application support team. This role is ideal for a technical support professional who enjoys troubleshooting application issues, collaborating with users, and working closely with development and operations teams to ensure application stability and performance.

The successful candidate will have experience supporting business applications, investigating incidents, analyzing system behavior, and utilizing SQL, Linux, and cloud monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues. This position provides an excellent opportunity to expand technical expertise within AWS-hosted applications and modern SDLC environments.t Service Engineer

REQUIREMENTS:

* 2-4 years of experience

* Understand how the application works from a user perspective

* Talk to users and gather issue details

* Investigate support tickets and recurring problems

* Basic root cause analysis

* SQL queries to validate data and investigate issues

* Linux/Unix command line

* Cloud Watch/Grafana monitoring tools

* AWS familiarity (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, Cloud Watch)

* Ability to reproduce issues in a local/test environment

* Understanding of how bugs move through the SDLC process

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
