Location: Hudson
The Office Automation Analyst supports the Florida Department of Health in Pasco County by installing, maintaining, and supporting networked Windows desktop systems, Microsoft 365, and other IT applications. The role involves answering technical support requests, managing Active Directory user accounts, administering the Health Management System, and maintaining computer inventory and network infrastructure. Work is performed both remotely and in-person throughout Pasco County, with travel required.
Keyqualifications:
- Valid Florida Driver's License
- Knowledge of office automation operations and personal computers
- Ability to monitor and resolve enterprise computer systems hardware problems
- Ability to communicate effective and establish working relationships
- Associate’s degree in computer science or Information Technology (preferred)
