Nursing Simulation Specialist

Chamberlain University seeks a Nursing Simulation Specialist to support high-quality, immersive learning for nursing students. In this on-site role, you will operate and maintain high-fidelity manikins, simulation lab technology, and AV systems to deliver realistic clinical scenarios. You'll collaborate with faculty to set up, run, and debrief simulations, ensure lab readiness and safety, and provide technical troubleshooting. Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain high-fidelity manikins and simulation technology
• Set up, run, and break down simulation scenarios with faculty
• Manage simulation lab scheduling, inventory, and readiness
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for AV and simulation systems
• Support faculty in scenario development and debriefing preparation
• Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and academic standards
• Document simulation activities and learner participation
• Train faculty and staff on use of simulation equipment
