As the primary system owner, you will partner with Finance, Operations, Sales, and IT to ensure Net Suite runs reliably, scales with the business, and delivers accurate data to every team that depends on it. This is a high-visibility role for someone who enjoys solving business problems with a system they know inside and out.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary Net Suite Administrator, managing user setup, roles, permissions, and access controls in accordance with security and SOX/segregation-of-duties requirements.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Net Suite solutions.
  • Configure and maintain custom fields, forms, records, lists, workflows, saved searches, and reports to support evolving business needs.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and leadership.
  • Evaluate and test new Net Suite features during release previews and coordinate the rollout of enhancements with minimal business disruption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, system errors, and data integrity problems, escalating to Net Suite Support or external partners as needed.
  • Support month-end and year-end close by ensuring Net Suite, reporting, and related integrations are functioning properly.
  • Manage and monitor integrations between Net Suite and third-party applications, including CRM, payroll, expense management, e-commerce, EDI, and tax systems.
  • Maintain data quality through imports, mass updates, deduplication, and ongoing data governance.
  • Document system configurations, processes, procedures, and system changes.
  • Train and support end users and develop job aids and documentation to encourage adoption and self-service.
  • Partner with developers and consultants on Suite Script, Suite Flow, and Suite Analytics customizations and manage sandbox-to-production change control.
Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on Net Suite administration experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Net Suite functionality, including Financials, Order Management, Inventory, and related modules.
  • Proficiency with saved searches, custom reports, workflows (Suite Flow), custom records, and custom fields.
  • Solid understanding of core accounting and business processes, including order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report.
  • Experience managing user roles, permissions, access controls, and system security.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Net Suite certification, such as Suite Foundation, Administrator, or ERP Consultant.
  • Experience with Suite Script, Suite Analytics, Suite Talk, REST APIs, or other Net Suite integration technologies.
  • Experience with integration platforms or middleware such as Celigo, Boomi, or Mule Soft.
  • Familiarity with SOX, segregation-of-duties controls, and audit requirements.
  • Experience supporting a Net Suite implementation, major upgrade, or significant system enhancement.
  • Experience supporting Net Suite within a retail, distribution, or other high-volume transactional environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
