As a Joint Exercise Control Group Systems Integrator with JCTM you will support SOF joint training and readiness events by sustaining the networks, hardware, software, user accounts, audiovisual systems, and controlled facility procedures that enable classified operations. This position requires hands-on Tier I desktop support experience, strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively in DoD, USSOCOM, TSOC, Service Component, or other federal enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Desktop Support:
    Troubleshoot and repair desktop PCs, laptop PCs, printers, monitors, KVM switchboxes, and common peripherals.
  • Workstation Setup:
    Perform new workstation setup, fielding, system decommissioning, equipment turn-in, user data backup, and profile migration.
  • Enterprise Account Support:
    Manage user account creation, access modifications, deactivation, and related enterprise support functions.
  • Ticket and Walk-Up Support:
    Provide first-contact resolution for walk-up, in-person, and ticket-driven end-user support.
  • Asset and License Tracking:
    Maintain accurate hardware/software asset inventory, installed software records, license compliance data, and service records.
  • SCIF Support:
    Support controlled access environments by applying knowledge of SCIF open/close procedures, facility monitoring, and coordination with SSO and Industrial Security personnel.
  • JECG Technical Support:
    Sustain technical conditions needed for classified joint training and readiness events, including audiovisual, communications, hardware, software, and information flow requirements.
  • Higher-Tier Coordination:
    Coordinate with USSOCOM J6 help desk or authorized third parties for higher-tier support when required.
  • System Logs and Configuration Controls:
    Maintain system logs, configuration controls, user orientation materials, and approved technical procedures.
  • Technical Advisory Support:
    Provide technical mentorship on system capabilities, scenario infrastructure requirements, and LVC integration considerations while remaining outside operational decision processes.

Expand your expertise by working with secure DoD enterprise systems, classified training environments, audiovisual and communications capabilities, hardware lifecycle processes, and technical infrastructure supporting SOF readiness events.

You Have:
  • Active TOP SECRET Security Clearance with SCI eligibility
  • 5+ years of recent, full-time Tier I or desktop support experience.
  • Experience delivering in-person end-user support in DoD, USSOCOM, TSOC, Service Component, or other federal enterprise environments.
  • Recent hands-on experience within the last 2 years troubleshooting and repairing desktop PCs, laptop PCs, printers, monitors, KVM switchboxes, and common peripherals.
  • Experience performing system decommissioning, equipment turn-in, user data backup, profile migration, new workstation setup, and workstation fielding.
  • Experience tracking installed software, license compliance, hardware inventory, software inventory, service records, and support actions.
  • Experience managing user accounts across enterprise systems, including account creation, access modification, and deactivation.
  • Experience providing first-contact resolution through walk-up support or ticket-driven support.
  • Knowledge of SCIF open/close procedures, controlled access environments, SSO coordination, and Industrial Security coordination processes.
