Location: Tallahassee
This Systems Project Analyst position in the Department of Health's Bureau of WIC Program Services manages the statewide WIC data system (FL-WiSE) and electronic benefits transfer operations. The role performs quality assurance testing, provides technical support to state and local WIC users, coordinates system implementations, and develops documentation and training materials. The incumbent exercises independent judgment in troubleshooting, analyzing user requirements, and resolving system issues.
Keyqualifications:
- Two years professional experience in software quality assurance, software testing, systems analysis, application support, or related IT field
- Experience developing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts with documented results
- Experience identifying, reproducing, troubleshooting, and documenting software, data, or business-process issues
- Experience preparing technical or procedural documentation
- Experience providing technical assistance or customer support to system users
- College education in IT, computer science, MIS, or related field may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis
