Jensen Beach Insurance is seeking a customer-focused anddetail-oriented4-40 Licensed Insurance Agent/CSRto join our team. Theideal candidate will have at least one year of insurance experience, preferably in an independent insurance agency environment, and be comfortable quotingpersonal lines insurance with multiple carriers.

This role is responsible for providing exceptional serviceto existing clients, generating quotes, processing policy changes, and supporting agency growth through relationship-building and cross-sellingopportunities.

$40,000 - $45,000 annually

$2,000 - $10,0000+ Annual Retention Commission Opportunity

$4,000 - $10,000+ Annual New Business Commission Opportunity

• Quotepersonal lines insurance policies, including homeowners, auto, flood, andumbrella coverage
• Serviceexisting accounts and respond to client inquiries
• Processendorsements, renewals, cancellations, and policy changes
• Reviewcoverage options and provide recommendations based on client needs
• Followup on quote opportunities and agency leads
• Cross-selland round out accounts when appropriate
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation
• Workwith multiple insurance carriers to secure competitive coverage options
• Deliver outstanding customer service while building long-term client relationships

Required:

• Active Florida 4-40 Customer Representative License
• Minimum1 year of insurance agency experience
• Experiencequoting personal lines insurance policies with multiple carriers
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficiency with agency management systems and Microsoft Office
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

• Experience working for an independent insurance agency
• Experiencequoting with multiple insurance carriers
• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products
