The Quality Control Analyst audits investigative files for legal sufficiency and compliance with proper format and investigative procedures within the Division of Insurance Agent Agency Services. The role analyzes reports, tracks settlement agreements, provides feedback to investigators, and makes recommendations regarding case settlements for the Department of Financial Services in Tallahassee.
Key qualifications- One year of insurance-related professional work experience, or a post-secondary degree in Risk Management or Insurance
- Experience collecting, evaluating, and analyzing data
- Experience applying Florida Statutes, rules, and regulations relating to insurance matters
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Florida
- Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
