Job SummaryResponds to reported system issues, investigate and analyze system issues, and manage ticket queues. Responsible for system issue management and resolution using analytical and technical skills for proper system analysis. Completes ticket investigation and queue management as directed. Cultivates positive working relations with team members and functions competently in team environment. Ensures completion of daily tasks according to established quality and service guidelines.
Required Qualifications- Require Associate degree or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school.
- One(1) to four (4) years of work experience with an enrolled or active Associate's degree program will be considered in lieu of required degree.
- Must be able to work nights, weekend, holidays and other shifts as needed.
- Prefer knowledge of the patient care setting either by profession or experience.
- Prefer technical knowledge of multiple software applications, computer operating systems and server hardware.
- Prefer experience with commonly used Office applications and tools.
- Prefer demonstrate strong written, verbal, analytical and interpersonal skills with the ability to research and problem solve.
- Prefer two (2) years of related working experience supporting clinical and business systems in a large hospital.
