Job DescriptionThis is a highly responsible professional position responsible for planning, organizing, and implementing technical assistance to school districts, consortiums and other supporting organizations on continuous improvement and quality implementation of evaluation processes that result in professional growth of instructional personnel and school leaders. The employee's time and effort are assigned to specific projects that support both department and local educational agency needs for district evaluation systems that address both growth in educator proficiency and meaningful accountability measures that support state and district policies.
The employee’s time and effort are assigned to a dedicated function as indicated on the monthly payroll. The employee must interact courteously with others. The employee’s performance and behavior must demonstrate consideration of the workload concerns of others and must not negatively affect productivity and morale of the unit.
