We’re currently seeking a Service Dispatcher to join our dynamic service team. This is a key position responsible for managing the flow of work through the shop, maximizing productivity, and ensuring our customers’ vehicles are serviced efficiently and accurately.

• Assign repair orders to technicians based on skill level, efficiency, and availability
• Monitor shop workflow to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner
• Communicate effectively with Service Advisors, Technicians, and Parts Department
• Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
• Ensure all MPI and video inspection processes are completed properly
• Track vehicle status and update advisors on progress or delays
• Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area
• Support shop leadership in meeting productivity, CSI, and efficiency goals

• Previous experience in automotive service dispatching or shop coordination preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of repair order flow, warranty processes, and technician time management
• Familiarity with CDK or similar DMS software a plus
• Positive attitude and team-player mindset

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday rotation
