Essential Functions
  • Draft and review legal documents for second‑level supervisory review
  • Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics
  • Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff’s sales
  • Assist in preparation in advance of appearances
  • Collaborate with members of the state team
  • Actively participate in weekly state meetings
  • Engage with the supervising attorney for a one‑on‑one weekly meeting

Qualifications
  • J.D., licensed in New Jersey and in good standing in all jurisdictions; experience in default law preferred
  • Ability to work congenially and team‑oriented with others
  • Exceptional organizational skills; ability to multitask and adapt to continual change
  • Excellent verbal and writtenบาท communication skills
