- Draft and review legal documents for second‑level supervisory review
- Organize case files, track legal deadlines, and coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants on case logistics
- Shadow a senior or supervising attorney for appearances in mediation, court, and sheriff’s sales
- Assist in preparation in advance of appearances
- Collaborate with members of the state team
- Actively participate in weekly state meetings
- Engage with the supervising attorney for a one‑on‑one weekly meeting (te) li>
- J.D., licensed in New Jersey and in good standing in all jurisdictions; experience in default law preferred
- Ability to work congenially and team‑oriented with others
- Exceptional organizational skills; ability to multitask and adapt to continual change
