We are seeking a real estate attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience in real estate finance to join our Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will have focused experience representing financial institutions, investment firms, and other lenders in the financing of commercial properties, including:

• Office buildings
• Shopping centers
• Hotels
• Industrial warehouses and storage facilities
• Multifamily housing
• Other commercial real estate assets

Experience with CMBS (Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities) and/or CLO (Collateralized Loan Obligations) lending is a plus. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions in a dynamic and collaborative legal environment.
