At Fasig Brooks, our litigation paralegals are critical in supporting clients and attorneys throughout the litigation process with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. They are the backbone of the litigation team, managing the progression of our cases, ensuring deadlines are met, and contributing to the firm’s mission of helping clients Come Back Stronger after injuries and losses.

Compensation: Competitive base salary commensurate with experience, typically ranging from $72,000 to $95,000+. We reward excellence — top performers and experienced professionals can expect compensation at the higher end of this range.

• Manage all aspects of case litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence.
• Manage case files in our firm's CRM (Filevine), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and organization.
• Supporting clients and providing regular case updates in a compassionate and clear manner.
• Track and manage deadlines, including court dates, discovery responses, and statute of limitations.
• Assist in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits, trial binders, and evidence.
• Provide reassurance and guidance to clients during stressful and emotional situations.

Required Legal Experience & Knowledge:

• 5+ years in Florida insurance litigation.
