A prominent Florida law firm with multiple offices across the Gulf Coast is seeking a Real Estate attorney with sophisticated experience in either commercial or residential transactions for its Sarasota office. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of law firm experience handling residential transactions from title review through closing, or commercial transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leases, and real estate fund work.
Candidates should have superior academics and strong drafting skills. This firm has a family-friendly, collaborative culture that includes annual, all-expense paid trips, team bonding events, and community involvement. There is no billable hour requirement, and this is a partner track position.
