Responsibilities:- Support the legal team with legal entity management.
- Assist in the preparation, filing, and maintenance of legal documents and contracts related to technology and software businesses.
- Support compliance efforts and other areas of law as needed.
- Maintain organized records and databases of legal agreements.
- Prepare reports and summaries for senior leadership and external partners, as needed.
Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a corporate paralegal, preferably within the technology industry.
- Experience in legal entity management.
- Experience assisting with compliance.
- Ability to draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Skills:
- Familiarity with public company compliance.
- Paralegal certification or equivalent professional qualification.
