We are partnering with a well-respected firm to identify a Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation Attorney to join its growing practice in Florida. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney seeking to work with sophisticated clients on estate planning, asset protection, and wealth transfer strategies within a collaborative and well-resourced environment.

Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation Attorney (3+ Years)

About the Role

This attorney will work closely with individuals, families, and business owners on comprehensive estate planning and wealth preservation matters. The role includes drafting and implementing estate plans, advising on tax-efficient wealth transfer strategies, and assisting with trust administration and probate-related matters.

The position offers meaningful client interaction and the opportunity to build long-term advisory relationships while working alongside experienced practitioners in a highly respected practice.

Responsibilities

• Draft and implement estate planning documents including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and related instruments
• Advise clients on wealth preservation, asset protection, and succession planning strategies
• Assist with trust administration and probate matters
• Counsel clients regarding tax-efficient estate planning structures
• Coordinate with financial advisors, accountants, and other professionals
• Provide ongoing client guidance on estate and trust-related issues

Qualifications

• 3+ years of trusts and estates experience
• Experience with estate planning and trust administration
• Strong drafting and client communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters independently
• Florida Bar admission required
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred
