The Associate Attorney will manage construction litigation matters from initial case assessment through final resolution. The Associate will argue motions in court, defend depositions, and draft pleadings.

• Must have 2‑5 years of litigation experience
• Prefer experience in construction defect (will train as long as candidates have litigation experience)
• Excellent writing, advocacy, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Able to manage a heavy workload with competing priorities
