We are recruiting a Developer for our Technical Development Team. The role focuses on Case Aware
, our legal practice‑management software, providing critical support to PLG staff through troubleshooting, enhancements, training, and reporting.
- Complete work for help tickets—primarily reporting tasks
- Submit the daily morning reporting package
- Serve as the primary manager of Excel VBA macro reporting
- Continuously monitor and update SQL/VBA code, fixing any bugs or errors
- Manage email distribution lists
- Run daily Power Automate workflows at 4 p.m. EST
- Maintain Power BI dashboards, migrating reports from Excel, SQL, and Case Aware into Power BI
- Act as a primary source for troubleshooting and help the team locate and resolve bugs and errors, including:
- CAVALS
- User step reports
- Ad‑hoc tasks and reports
- Step triggers
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Experience on a technical development team; strong preference for candidates with Case Aware or other legal tracking software experience
- Ability to work collaboratively in a congenial, team‑oriented environment
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multi‑task and adapt to continual change
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
