• Verify insurance coverage and maintain contact with providers.

• Monitor case status and review medical records.
• Organize and maintain case files for demand writers.
• Support office staff and assist with team oversight.
• Serve as liaison for office operations and provide support to staff and management.
• Assist with training, mentoring, and onboarding new team members.
• Monitor workflow and ensure cases progress efficiently.

Juris Doctor degree.

Active Bar License in the State of Florida.
