Location: Sarasota
Our client, a respected regional law firm, is seeking a Construction & Real Estate Litigation Associate with 3-5 years of experience to join its Sarasota office and support litigation matters throughout Florida.
Qualifications:- 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction and/or real property disputes
- Experience drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Experience taking and defending depositions and handling dispositive motions
- Strong written and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to manage litigation matters in a fast-paced environment
- Active Florida bar license in good standing
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing litigation team and handle sophisticated construction and real estate disputes with significant responsibility and client exposure.
