Compensation: $245,000–$275,000
Our client, a prominent Century City, Los Angeles law firm with nationally recognized real estate, litigation, IP, corporate, and bankruptcy practices, is seeking a mid-to-senior real estate associate for its leasing, purchase & sale, and financing practice.
The Role- Negotiate and draft leasing, purchase & sale, and financing agreements
- Manage transactions from letter of intent through closing
- Coordinate with lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel
- Mid-to-senior level real estate transactional experience
- Active California Bar membership
- Strong negotiation and drafting skills
