• Handle a variety of commercial and real estate litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft and negotiate commercial and real estate agreements.
• Advise clients on complex legal issues and provide practical business-oriented solutions.
• Manage disputes through negotiation, mediation, and litigation.
• Build strong client relationships while working closely with a collaborative legal team.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial litigation, real estate litigation, real estate transactions, or a combination of these practice areas.
• Strong analytical, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage matters independently while thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Client-focused with excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
