Our client, a prominent Century City, Los Angeles law firm, is seeking an associate for its bankruptcy and restructuring practice.
The Role- Represent debtors, creditors, or committees in bankruptcy proceedings
- Draft pleadings, plans of reorganization, and related filings
- Negotiate with creditors and other parties-in-interest
- Bankruptcy/restructuring experience
- Active California Bar membership
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills
