• Handle residential real estate matters end-to-end, including title review and issue resolution.
• Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, deeds, and leases.
• Represent clients at closing and advise on Florida real estate law.
• Coordinate with lenders, agents, and other parties to manage high transaction volumes.

• Florida-licensed attorney with at least 2 years of residential real estate experience.
• Strong skills in title review and transaction management.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.

• JD from an accredited law school.

• Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
• Florida Notary Public commission.

• Detail-oriented and capable of managing a full docket.
• Clear communication with clients and opposing counsel.
