Job Overview
A law firm seeks a Residential Real Estate Attorney in Sarasota, FL. The successful candidate will manage residential transactions from title through closing, working with a collaborative team that values work-life balance. This role offers the opportunity to engage in sophisticated work within a supportive culture.
Duties- Handle residential real estate matters end-to-end, including title review and issue resolution.
- Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, deeds, and leases.
- Represent clients at closing and advise on Florida real estate law.
- Coordinate with lenders, agents, and other parties to manage high transaction volumes.
- Florida-licensed attorney with at least 2 years of residential real estate experience.
- Strong skills in title review and transaction management.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- JD from an accredited law school.
- Active Florida Bar membership in good standing.
- Florida Notary Public commission.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing a full docket.
- Clear communication with clients and opposing counsel.

- Continuing Legal Education (CLE) fully covered.
