Location: Sarasota
Northern Trust is seeking an attorney with broad experience in trusts, estates, guardianship and transfer taxes to join our Trust Counsel Practice Group. The role reports to a manager and collaborates with Wealth Management teams to advise on fiduciary matters.
Candidates should have at least 10 years in large law firms or in-house practice, a J.D., Florida bar in good standing, and strong leadership, drafting and negotiation skills. This hybrid role offers flexibility between office and home.
